As far as I recall, this game was actually pretty good on the Sega Genesis. On the other hand, the SNES port was made by some kind of trained monkey and it sucked balls. This one looks like the SNES port.

Dude, I played Pitfighter and that game kicked ass. You just stood there and did nothing. You will lose at any game when you just stand there and do nothing. Next time, pick a game that legitimately sucks.

This game was awful, and it's not just because he stood there and did nothing. The controls and animation were incredibly stiff, and you had to be standing exactly beside someone to hit them. But, the one guy has an awesome mullet.
