The perfection of the German brand, interieur, performance and finally, its much lower price tag makes it an apparently easy choice, but the Bentley looks much better imo, though the MB is by no means an ugly car.
Bentley has the option of a roadster (GTC), unfortunately there's no CL cabrio officially available.

the gt got 4 wheel drive wicked for bad weather and in the 4 years its been out is proven reliable.any one with a cl knows u dont want one without warranty .the depreciation is bad on both cars but the cl's is ridiculous my buddy picked up a 2005 cl 65 amg and modded it to 710hp and 815torque he spent over 200k cdn on that thing and there going for about 60-75k.2004 bentley was cheaper and still can sell for 120-140k.if ur a benz fan u wont have to wait long for a deal.the old cl was sexier tho.
