Harry and Snape are together, but Harry eventually realizes how bad Snape is for him. Harry finally leaves Snape for Draco, and predictably Snape can't stand to see them together. Both Harry and Draco become the target of Snape's anger. Snape desperately wants Harry back, but it doesn't change the fact that Snape has a terrible temper, and is all-around bad for Harry. The rare occasions that Snape allows himself to show sadness and vulnerability is when he knows Harry is not watching. Any effort that Snape makes to reconcile things with Harry ends in a fight, often with Harry or Draco being physically attacked. Will Harry be able to see the true feelings that Snape hides so well?
