well sir, i like the beatles too and that's the most attempted comment of intelligence at an argument against oasis that a silly prick like you can come up with, oasis are nothing like the beatles they are influenced a bit but they have there own sound and music and as noel gallagher said there music is oasis music and doesn't really have a label all though to people including me it is classed as indie and i don't believe beatles is indie it is pop/post rock n roll

some ones getting a bit angry lol and so what if they did doesn't nescesirally mean they succeded in it, many bands/artists try to be like their idols and don't manage to be, like i say they managed to be a bit like the beatles a bit just a little bit in music but they are a different style and in terms of sucess they are a bloody great and popular rock band in the charts and with fans can't argue that.

I do think Oasis is pretty good, but (and I'm going to get like 50 thumbs-downs for this) liam and noel gallagher just seem like arrogant idiots who are so full of themselves that they think every band is "bollocks" just because they don't sound exactly like Oasis.
