If you want my opinion on how to lose that weight...I have one;)
I do an hour of my yoga style three times a week--that's it! I used to work out much more, but I look better doing a concentrated arms and legs yoga workout for muscles and cardio. Eat smart 6 days a week--veggies, lean protein, a little olive oil or nuts, yogurt, you know...then on the 7th, eat about double what you normally would to shock your metabolism and keep it from getting too low.

I read Perez's blog daily and (a few weeks ago) when he posted this video I tried doing it everyday. I have never done yoga before and I'm really enjoying it.

This video is wonderful. I've done it twice today (once this morning and once now) and it's awesome. I have a question - I'm trying to tone and strengthen my upper thighs and my abdominals. Do you have any yoga exercises that would help me out? Thanks again! XO
