the funny thing is that you are severely incorrect because most of the time he asks the spectator to pick a card out of the deck... but if thats the case then how could he possibly have the three cards stacked like that. you are close but not close enough to be able to put a video up. besides david blaine is an amature. if you want to see a good magician watch someone like cyril takayama

Tbh I don't really like doing tricks that require duplicates or anything of the sort, its much better to me atleast to be able to do a trick with any deck. Say incase someone asks you to do this trick here and he hands you his own deck then well xD, you can't do it ;p

actually, there are many techniques in "forcing" a card onto someone without them knowing it, so its very possible to get the cards in that order. and whether Blaine is amature or not, he still pulls many of his tricks off with ease, which can make it seem that he didnt "force" a card onto someone. but nice examples you pointed out.

you're still using dupes regardless ;p, and the jokers aren't identical because one is just a joker while the other joker has print on it (company info, I think) so its not really a dupe...
