Synthol is not a steroid (it's like injectable silicone). You have no clue what you are talking about. Steroids are just synthetic forms of the male hormone, testosterone. They help millions of people life productive lives who would otherwise die or deteriorate.

Greg Valentinos situation was caused by using grotty needles, not from using steroids, in fact, synthol was how his muscles got so big. Read carefully, all the bad effects shown on this vid are caused by 'the prolonged abuse' of steroids and 'unsterile syringe use', it doesn't say anything about the thousands of people that use them carefully, safely with moderation and get good results from it. It just makes mashy generelisations to give steroids a bad name. I will chose, to use roids safely.

It's possible to get huge without steroids. But too often the guys that make rapid progress are on drugs. Schwatzenegger definitely used them, Ferigno used them.
Sean Connery was a competitive bodybuilder in his teens and went bald at 16. Steroids are a likely culprit.
