It's been a long time since I've had kittens ..... uh, well, I guess *I* didn't have kittens :) ....... but anyway, as I recall, it's not uncommon for kittens to continue to try to go to Mom for milk up to several months and I've seen some cats (all male I think :) try it from time to time well into their adulthood.
