It's weird when you tube doesn't release a vid that you put up. WLW no 2 is uploaded and waiting some form of clearance for take off. I can see it, annoying as number 3 makes more sense if you've seen number 2. May put it up again to see if that works.

Another great installment of Wet Liberal Weekly. If you're going to do a vid about political correctness, I'd love to hear about your opinions of the dreaded 'C word', cause as both a wet liberal and a great fan of this word, some people's attitudes towards this word puzzle me a fair bit. :S

I would never describe myself as a "Stupid Swede" or "Koskenkorva drinking Finn" (I got 50% of each), because that would legitemize the words.
And then if i accepted a friend to call med that (you know, friend to friend and nothing hostile ment about it) and someone overheard it, there would be a shitstorm that my friend had to fight.
I dont judge people how they look or where they come from, i judge them by their actions. If someone is an idiot - i will make sure they know how i feel.

Be as critically forthright as you like to people, if they deserve it, without worrying about if they are black, gay like me, mormon, royal. Same goes for institutions too . Lay it on!
To allow gay people, or any group to get away with something just because they are, is stupid behaviour, and a whole lot of other things too.
Just leave out the personal, bullying words. You don't need them. They just demean - you, and your victim.

But isn't it interesting how people who constantly harp on about political correctness, are themselves, going against political correctness! i'm rather amazed how polital corectnese has changed, because i was watching an episode of "monkey" on youtube (something like 3rd or 4th episode) and there is a where monkey chase's a demoned and once the demoned espace's monkey say's "oy, coward, sissy, puffter", and i was shocked thinking, this is a kid's show isn't it, can thay realy say that.

I don't think heritage has any merit in the use of words in the PC debate, because heritage implies you are your racial stereotype - which would be racist.
The basis for racism, or indeed any prejudice, is judgmentalism and or intent to cause harm.
